Learning Disabilities Teacher

Duties: Provide instruction and supervision to special education students. Complete special education evaluations and participate in special education teams. Collect data on student performance. Write IEP’s and complete all special education documentation. Direct instructional assistants working in general education settings. Provide support to regular education staff.
Qualifications: Oregon Teaching License with Handicapped Learner Endorsement or ability to obtain. Ability to work cooperatively with team, other staff and parents. Knowledge of behavioral techniques and intervention plans. Experience programming instruction for students with Learning Disabilities.
