Special Teacher - Multi Challenged
Minnesota State Academy for the Blind

Duties: Provide instruction to multi-challeneged/developmental cognitive delayed (DCD) visually impaired/blind students so that they may progress satisfactorily; prepare short and long term goals and objectives for individual students through the IEP process; participate in student staffings, behavior program planning and parent conferences.
Qualifications: Possession of or eligibility to obtain a valid Minnesota Teacher's license with blind/visually impaired certification (must be willing to obtain certification if you do not have); must have certification in Special Education or Developmental Cognitive Delay; experience/background working with blind/visually impaired multi-challenged children preferred.
Additional Information: $19.53-$37.10 per hour or $32,030-60,844 per year depending on years of experience and degree held.
